Here’s the Percolator effect I mentioned a few posts ago: “full of stars”. It replaces the filter’s bubbles with stars whose sizes vary according to the block of colour replaced. It definitely doesn’t work with every photo, but when it does it’s quite charming. Here’s Notre Dame de Paris – pretty charming to start with – in a starry night setting.
