Heavy distressing on this piece, though not to its detriment, I think. The beautiful “heart of York” glass is still visible, and it adds an even more dramatic feel to the Gothic building. Note that this piece is truly 6×6” and the border has been painted black.
This listing is for one solid pine wood photo block actually 6×6″ square, which means it is a different size to my other work. It is 1 inch deep. The toner print is applied and revealed by hand, and is drawn from my personal photography. The back of the piece is titled, signed and dated in ink. You may receive a different print to the one shown in this listing’s photographs.
The block is sold without any hanging hardware. I recommend mounting it with Command Strips, or standing it upright on a desk, shelf or mantelpiece – it will stand on any flat surface. Note that the wood will deepen into a honey colour with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (I think this makes the wood look nicer!)
