I drew these portraits of famous American suffragists Ida B Wells, Susan B Anthony, and Elizabeth Cady-Stanton last year for International Women’s Day. They are accompanied by an authentic VOTES FOR WOMEN sign from the early 1900s. That wonderful line from Mary Poppins’ Sister Suffragette song rings true: “Our daughters’ daughters will adore us and they’ll sing in grateful chorus ‘Well done, Sister Suffragette!'” Thank you, ladies!

This listing is for four solid wood 1.5″ wood coin magnets. The print is applied by hand in shiny metallic pink foil on white cardstock. It is affixed to the wooden backing and sealed with a water resistant top coat. You may receive a different set to the ones shown in this listing’s photograph; the designs will be the same, but the print may vary due to the handmade nature. Every print is unique. The magnet is strong enough to hold several sheets of paper. Please insure the surface to which you plan to apply them is magnetic!
