Description
Glasgow is a city with a history of religious conflict, but the St Mungo‰Ûªs museum reminds locals that there is far more variety in the world‰Ûªs religions than two similar variations of Christianity. This amazing statue of the dancing Shiva is one of the standout holdings.
This listing is for one solid pine wood photo block typically described as 4×4 inches, though the milled size puts it closer to 3.5 inches square. It is just shy of inch deep. The toner print is applied and revealed by hand, and is drawn from my personal photography. The back of the piece is titled, signed and dated in ink. You may receive a different block to the one shown in this listing’s photographs; the handmade nature of the print and the grain of the wood makes each piece unique.
The block is sold without any hanging hardware. I recommend mounting it with Command Strips (available upon request for an extra fee), or standing it upright on a desk, shelf or mantelpiece – it will stand on any flat surface. Note that the wood will deepen into a honey colour with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (I think this makes the wood look nicer!)
Ships from Toronto, Canada to Canada, the United States and Europe. Average shipping times are 7-10 working days to the US and Canada, 8-15 working days overseas. Insurance and tracking numbers are available upon request for an extra fee.
