I put this photo up on Instagram to advertise a craft fair at the redeveloped Regent Park. It says a lot about the pace of change in the city that Regent Park has gone from a ghetto to in-demand property, and the once proud transit corporation is now in as much disrepair and disgrace as Regent Park once was.
