I spent half of the past couple of years travelling, so this is my first summer back in my hometown of Toronto. It’s been one of the most sweltering summers on record. I’m struggling with the heat, and thinking very nostalgically about Glasgow, where I spent the past two summers enjoying the spring-like temperatures for which I am genetically suited.
